The division provides construction of new main and local lines (including optical fiber), repair, renovation and reconstruction of existing cable communication lines and electricity. It is formed four mechanized columns, which include: foreman,taskmaster, excavator driver, bulldozer driver, tractor driver, driver, mechanic, gas-electric welder. Columns are equipped with mechanisms for laying underground pipelines both trenchless (by horizonatal directional drilling method) and traditional (open trench) methods:

– Cable-laying machines Vermeer Renegat P185, CVG-2 MBN T-170, K-701 - for laying cables;

– Trench Peace-2M - to develop trenches width 0.5 m and a depth of 1.2 m;

– Excavators ATLAS 1404, 1304, EDER 825, KUBOTA, EA 2621, EVENT 01 - for digging trenches and pits to a depth of 6 m;

– Dozers T-130, T-170 MB - to plan the route, backfilling of trenches and pits, works for land reclamation;

– Puller and steamer machines PGM-1 - for arranging trail rides and previous hoeing of difficult soils;

– Automobile cranes KS-2572 with capacity up to 10 tons - for loading and unloading cable reels and other materials;

– Trucks and dumpers GAZ 3308, 4310 KAMAZ, ZIL MMZ 4502, GAZ-SAZ 35071 - for the transport of cable reels and construction materials;

– Tractors, flatbed cars, trailer DAF, KAMAZ, KRAZ, URAL - for the transport of oversized vehicles and various types of earthmoving machines;

– Compressors ZYF55, F105, PKS-5250 D and other equipment - for supplying cable with compressed air flow to a protective plastic tube;

– Cargo and passenger vans UAZ 39094, HAZ66-kung - to transport workers and materials to construction grounds;

– Sets of hand and mechanized tools - for performing excavations;

– Complete sets of processing equipment - for cable works on linear structures of local telephone networks;

– Vibrating pile hammers, power stations, asphalt cutters, pumps, chainsaws, welding machines, pneumatic hammers, household wagons and others.
