The division provides installation and measurement of all types of fiber optic and copper cables, construction and installation of regenerative unattended posts, control and measuring posts, and input, operational and acceptance control of linear building construction. The division is based on certified laboratory, which includes three teams for mounting and measuring works with communication cable (including FOC) and the team for the construction and installation of underground and surface buildings of regenerative unattended posts. The enterprise structure also includes a separately formed division of mechanism repair and restoration.

The structure of each brigade includes: communication engineer, two installers of communication and driver. Experts of mounting and measuring division have been trained in installation and measurement of optical and copper cables. Each team is equipped with modern devices, tools and techniques for standalone works with all kinds of cables:

– Construction and measuring laboratories based on UAZ3741, ZIL131, ZIL130 - to perform installation and measuring work directly on the construction ground;

– Welders Fujikura 50S and FITEL 175 - to connect optical fiber communication lines;

– Measuring devices MTS800, OP-2-3, OMK-55, OT-2-6, OVF - for measuring optical parameters of fiber-optic communication lines;

– Optical phones - to organize the prompt and continuous communication during construction works and control measurements on the lines;

– Cable devices PKP-5, IRK-PRO - for measuring electrical parameters of cables;

– Detectors Dinatel, R 5-10, IMPI-8 - for searching of damage on cable lines;

– Navigational instruments Garming GPS-60 - to fix the laying track of communication lines;

– Sets of tools - for the development of optical and copper cables;

– Gas analyzer, power plants, pumps, grinders, hammers and others.
