The main advantages of trenchless laying cable or vibrating plastic tube of small diameter are:

– high laying speed​​;

Depending on the nature of the soil, the depth of laying and the number of intersections with other communications, a single vibration cable-laying machine can lay 10 km of underground utilities for shift.

High speed of laying implemented by hydraulic vibratory plows, which are equipped cable-laying machines. Vibratory plow ensure rapid progress of knife through displacement and crushing soil. This results in a substantial reduction in the load on the traction unit and increase the speed of laying. Vibrating cable-laying machines leave almost no traces of construction, so the technology relating to trenchless, which significantly reduces the loss of agricultural land.

Specialists of LLC «BUDYVELNYK-3» have developed special design of cable blades that ensure smooth passage of cables or plastic tube through the tape and their penetration into the soil up to 1.8 m. This is guaranteed to kept permissible bending radius and tension cables or plastic tube. This is especially important during the laying of fiber optic cables and gas polyethylene pipes.

Along with cable or plastic pipe is laid warning alarm tape. It is located directly above underground utilities at a depth of 40...60 cm from the surface. Warning labels and details of the owner of underground utilities are indicated on the tape. This ensures prevention that the current underground utilities are below.

Special pendicle allows the plow blade to implement parallel shift left or right relative to the longitudinal axis of cable-laying machine and change its angle of inclination. This enables cable-laying machine without reducing the speed to change its direction (to enter the turns, maneuvering etc.). In particular, it also allows to lay cable or pipe next to the wall of the building, the side of the highway, along other underground utilities and so on. Herewith depth of laying cable or tube remains unchanged, and the speed are not reduced.

Cable drum or plastic pipe can be installed on cable-laying machine without additional cranes and blade can self drill down or removed from the soil. This greatly facilitates and improve work on recharging cable laying at the intersection of the road with other communications.

Today LLC «BUDYVELNYK-3» has two American vibrating cable-laying machines VERMEER RENEGAT P185 and four vibration cable-laying machines KVG-2 (based on the T-130, T-170) production of Russia. Based on these machines are formed four mechanized columns for the construction of main communication lines. Each column is equipped with auxiliary equipment excavators, trenchers, trucks, bulldozers etc.

The use of each vibration cable-laying machine model is determined by the conditions of construction.

American cars VERMEER RENEGAT P185 are used in most areas of straight laying grounds in the absence of significant intersections with existing communications in soils of 1-3 category. The small dimensions of these machines allow to use them both at long-haul construction grounds and dense buildings of settlements. Therefore, using of two columns based on Vermeer Renegat P185 has enabled LLC «BUDYVELNYK-3» to lay 158 km of FOCLs «Vinnitsa-Gaisyn» and «Vapniarka-Tulchin» in 21 working days.

Trenchless vibrating cable-laying machines KVG-2 have hydraulic drive and vibrator mounted at the swamp tractors T-130 or T-170 of Chelyabinsk factory (on the last has been set additional mechanical movement reduction mechanism).

Russian Machines KVG-2 are most effective in difficult climatic conditions (from -50 to +500C) and geological areas (swamps, club mosses).  Great traction power and wide caterpillar make using of KVG-2 for laying cables and plastic pipes of small diameter in marshy areas and frozen soils. Therefore, during the construction of FOCL in Odessa region in accordance with the project cable was being laid between the highway and club mosses of Dniester estuary. Russian cable-laying machines was involved that due to a wide tracks laying communication cable in the ground was successfully completed.

For laying cables or polyethylene tubes in difficult soils and climatic conditions, vibration cable-laying machines is amplified with additional traction unit. Therefore, according to the construction schedule of communication lines in Chernihiv region  it was necessary to lay connection cable through a large area of peats and club mosses in winter. For this purpose, a mechanized cable laying column was reinforced by several additional traction units - swamp tractors.  Due to the small pressure on the ground and increased traction these mechanical division successfully met the task by laying fiber-optic cable in the ground depth of 1,3m.  

Using vibration cable-laying machines and auxiliary equipment allow the company to lay about 1,000 km of cable lines annually. The last building objects of LLC «BUDYVELNYK-3» are FOCLs «Odessa, Belgorod-Dniester», «Kyiv-Odessa-2», «Lutsk-Ternopil», «Vapniarka-Tulchin», «Uman-Smolin», «Novgorod Seversky-Skytok (Gornostaevka)» etc.

As an additional equipment modern excavators and trenchers are used.
